The March Group Complaints

There are a number of complaints on The March Group. These complaints vary from case to case and person to person. But, all the complaints, when categorized, will revolve around their telemarketing strategy, upfront fee collection, valuation fraud, and their inability to sell businesses.

Customers bring these complaints into light either by posting on their blogs, if they have one, or by sharing their experiences on a few scam informing sites or commenting on relevant articles. Complaints on The March Group are usually unnoticed because of their ‘reputation management’ tactics. Nevertheless, some people take a step further to approach Better Business Bureau (BBB) for resolving their complaints.

In fact, a very low percent of customers utilize the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to voice their grievances. When we checked the BBB records for The March Group, not surprising, we found formal filings from disgruntled customers. Two customers have filed formal complaints with the BBB in the past 12 months and five more complaints in the past 3 years. See it for yourself.

The March Group Complaints

If you ask them about these complaints, we are sure they’ll say ‘Every large and successful company will have some complaints.’ Well, this might be true for a consumer products company, or an automobile company but that doesn’t mean The March Group isn’t running an up-front fee collection business.

Also, you won’t find BBB complaints lodged against the M&A departments of the big and credible firms such as Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Prudential. That’s for a reason and the fact that they’re not scamming people.
